Project Description
CCNA Security Course
CCNA Training Course
A CCNA Security certification will enable you to develop a security infrastructure using Cisco network devices, acquire skills to install and monitor network devices and recognize and control threats to the security structure. This CCNA Security course on latest version IINS v3 strives to deliver the core security concepts, VPN encryption, understand the secure access management, firewall, intrusion prevention, endpoint security along with email and web security. Participants will learn to install, troubleshoot, and monitor the secure networks to maintain the confidentiality, availability of devices and data and integrity through this CCNA Security certification training.

CCNA Security Course Description
There is only one exam that is required for the CCNA Security certification i.e. Cisco 640-553 IINS. Preparation for this exam will involve training on network security principles, perimeter security, Cisco IOS firewalls, Cisco IOS intrusion protection systems (IPS), LAN/SAN/voice/endpoint security, and site-to-site VPNs.
After completing this CCNA training, you will gain an overview of network security challenges and solutions. You will be able to install, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco security solutions to secure office networks. You also get a solid foundation in core routing and switching skills, something that can help you advance as network generalists.
There will be one semester long (70hrs.) e-learning course One skills-based assessment One final exam
Any valid Cisco CCENT, CCNA Routing and Switching, or any CCIE certification can act as a prerequisite.
